Ashleys 5th Birthday

Today was Ashley's birthday and she turned 5. We had a few games set up to play. First we played a treasure hunt game so the kids could find there candy they were so excited when we found the treasure. Then we played a jelly bean game. The kids had no idea what I was talking about so it didn't go so well but they didn't care cause they got jelly beans. Then we opened presents and ate cake. Then the kids went and jumped on the trampoline. It turned out so much fun. And most importantly Ashley got tons of Hannah Montana toys.

Beach Camping

So every year my family takes a camping trip to Carlsbad beach in San Diego. The kids just love it. probably because they don't do any of the work. J/K thats half the fun:) Its the one time a year all of our family gets together so all the grandkids can play. We also usually go to an amusement park too. This year we went to Sea World but the year before we went to lego land.

So my sister just had a baby girl so I thought it would be fun to look at my babies pictures to compare. I can't believe they were ever this little. They are just so cute!

Hawaii 2005

The whole Shorts family was able to take a vacation together to Hawaii. The kids had a great time. They are pretty lucky to have already gone to Hawaii at such a young age. There aunt Kathryn was very jealous.
